good Wi-Fi access in main areas, complimentary ski gear storage, appreciated shower facilities
The rooms felt cramped with limited storage space for ski gear!!! Noise from the street and thin walls made for restless nights!!! The ski room lacked adequate heating, leading to damp gear each morning!!!

Had a jol chilling at the bar with games and caught a great magician's show—totally unexpected! Brekkie had lekker options, always fresh eggs cooked just the way I like. Perfect spot, just across from the slopes!

missingWrote a review on Feb 02small roomdisappointing dining
The room was quite small and lacked adequate storage for our ski gear. Despite requesting for rooms on the same floor, we were placed separately without any help from staff. The dining experience was particularly disappointing. the dinner options failed to impress us, leading us to eat out several times. The noise from nearby bars and apres-ski crowds made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

after reading some reviews I had such high hopes, but the spa was a total letdown, costing 12 euros and smelling awful. my ‘triple room’ was also tiny, just don’t expect to unpack. I almost considered a good review, but honestly woudl ve been better off at a premier inn. such a shame really.

great location but room sizes could improve
The hotel is spotless, which made our stay very pleasant! The beds in our triple room were really comfy, ensuring restful nights. My teenage kids had a fantastic time enjoying the various games in the bar area, from pool to board games. we found the access to the ski slopes to be incredibly convenient, just a short walk away, and the central location made dining options plentiful.
One slight downside was that the room sizes could be improved.

The triple room was comfy with clean sheets and powerful showers, which felt amazing after a long day skiing. The beds were really cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. There's plenty of space compared to typical ski hotels. They tidied up daily and provided fresh towels without a hitch. I didn't mind the small storage space much, but just a heads up on that.
